Luc planned to walk 25km today... it turned out to be 34km!
When he was descending Monte Castello, he has spent 1416m in the wrong valley. Trough Fragiolo, Luc ends his trip today at 20h, after walking for 12h.
This blog will describe the preparation and log of a walking trip from Rome to my hometown Antwerp. It will be a ‘100 day – 2000 km’ walk mostly using existing long distance tracks. The road will start with the Francis’s path between Rome and La Verna, then it will follow the ‘GEA’ route over the Apennines, after crossing the Po valley, the Splügen pass will be taken in the Alps, the western road in the black forest in Germany will lead me to the low countries.
